The key value proposition for our R-L patented production teeth are that based on the design and composition the end user experiences on average 1.3X increase in productivity in terms of materials moved and on average 1.5-2.0x increase in wear efficiency in terms of the endurance of our teeth relative to Caterpillar, ESCO and other OEM providers.

The highly differentiated design attributes along with distinct compositional attributes allow for significantly extended wear life (on average 2X of OEM teeth e.g. CAT Heavy Duty), reduced wheel spin, and increased fuel efficiency.

Increased Productivity
The patented R-L design allows for quick and direct penetration even in the most abrasive environments. The mirrored counter opposite R-L creates a scoop like effect which serves to increase materials displaced per cycle, decrease load times and maintain integrity/sharpness.

Terra Systems patented production teeth are interoperable with J-series side pin locking systems, and available in a range of sizes for loaders, excavators and scrapers. Interoperability allows for inexpensive and easy installation with the most widely used locking system in the market. Terra Systems production teeth range includes J200 all the way to J800 series .
